TRAINING
All Dublcheck franchisees attend a one week initial training course designed to equip them with the technical and commercial awareness to provide outstanding cleaning and customer service.
Upon completion of the initial training the successful candidate will have earned a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) qualification which is recognised nationally.
The syllabus covered by both our internal tutors and specialist external trainers covers:

- Practical Cleaning
- Chemical Awareness
- Insurance Requirements & Risks
- Health and Safety
- Taxation, VAT & Payroll
Once the initial training has been completed, further modules are available to study at a later date.

The Institute, which is
located in
Northampton, is the largest independent, professional and educational body
within the cleaning industry. Founded in 1961, its mission is ‘the
raising of status and standards of the cleaning industry, through
education’.
